Technical & Installation
How are the truck scales installed?
We provide detailed paper manuals and video guides with every shipment. We can also dispatch technical engineers to your site to supervise the installation if needed (travel and accommodation costs are to be covered by the customer).
Can you customize the dimensions and capacity of the scales?
Yes. We can customize the length, width, and maximum weighing capacity of our full-steel truck scales to match your specific site limits and industry requirement
What type of foundation is required?
Our truck scales support both pitless (above-ground) and pit (flush with the ground) installations. We provide detailed foundation drawings to guide your local civil engineering work.
What certifications do your weighbridges and scales hold?
Our company holds ISO9001 certification (No. 19725Q00074R101), the China Metrology Certificate (CMC, No. PA 2026F104-35), CE certification, and SGS reports. Additionally, our truck scales are certified with Explosion-proof Certificates (No. GYB22.2621X, GYB25.3447X) for hazardous environments.
What is the accuracy class of your truck scales and floor scales?
Our weighing equipment meets standard industrial accuracy requirements. Specific parameters vary by product series:
FSG Export Truck Scales: Capacity ranges from 10t to 200t, with scale intervals from 5kg to 100kg.
SCS Electronic Floor Scales: Maximum capacity ranges from 1t to 20t, with scale divisions from 0.5kg to 10kg.
FFY Platform Scales: Maximum weighing capacity ranges from 100kg to 1000kg, with reading accuracy from 10g to 200g.
Can the electronics work with different voltage standards in my country?
Yes. Our standard indicator power supply is AC 220V 50Hz, and it includes a built-in DC 6V/4Ah backup battery. We can also customize power adapters (e.g., 110V 60Hz) and plug types to strictly comply with your local electrical standards.

Are the weighbridges calibrated before shipment?
Yes,we already calibrate scale and testing all part before shipment,then it can use working directly after install.

What is your warranty policy?
We provide a 2-year warranty for the truck scale/weighbridge platform structure and all electronic components, effective from the date of installation.
What delivery terms do you accept?
We accept standard international trade terms, including EXW, FOB, CFR, and CIF.
What is the standard production lead time?
Our standard lead time is 20-30 days after receiving the deposit. This may vary slightly based on order quantity and specific customization needs.
What payment terms do you accept?
We typically accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) with a 30% deposit prior to production and the 70% balance paid before shipment.
