Mine sites destroy standard scales fast. Between the massive impact forces, thick rock dust, mud, and severe lightning, normal equipment warps or fries its electronics in months.
We built this specific scale to take the abuse:
- Extra-Thick Steel Deck: Those massive tires won’t bend the platform. It stays flat and measures accurately, even under extreme heavy loads.
- Marine-Grade Anti-Corrosion: We don’t just use standard paint; we apply marine-grade anti-corrosion paint to fight off rust from constant mud and moisture.
- Sealed & Surge-Protected: Dust and water kill electronics. We use highly sealed load cells to lock out the dirt. Plus, we integrate specialized lightning protection to stop power surges in open-pit sites.
